Ab-el's Kennels has been active in obedience and therapy dog work since 1991 and in 2007 added the new sport of rally to our agenda.
Our most titled dog was CH Ab-el's Li'l Prima Donna, CDX, CGC, TT, TDI, TDINC, VCCX. Madonna was the #1 obedience bulldog in 1998 according to Front & Finish and the Delaney System and she was also only the 3rd breed champion to earn the CDX title. She was not our first obedience dog; that honor goes to her father Li'l Abner, CD, CGC, TT, TDI, TDINC, VCC. We are now doing rally with two of Madonna's grandchildren, Ab-el's Li'l Snow Crystal, RE, CGC, TT,, TDI, TDINC, VCC and Ab-el's Li'l Delta Dawn, RN, CGC, TDI, TDINC, VCC.

TRIVIA
| Li'l Abner's picture appeared in the Feb. 1995 issue of The National Enquirer's Photo of the Week and went into syndication in Spain and Norway. Crystal tried out for and earned a minor role in the production of Annie that came to the Palace Theater after playing Madison Square Garden. She won the role because of her great bulldog personality. They said she was so friendly "it was like she had a halo" |
